- 2024
Skanlog A/S acquires new warehouse and logistics activities
Effective January 1st, 2025, Skanlog will acquire the warehouse and logistics activities of Godshotel & Transport A/S. This acquisition adds an additional 46,000 m² to Skanlog’s operational capacity.
- 2023
Acquisition and expansion
In 2023, Skanlog successfully acquired all storage and distribution activities for alcoholic beverages in Sweden from Hillebrand Gori. This strategic move encompasses the takeover of Hillebrand Gori's warehouse and office in Jordbro, Stockholm, and Xsam, which features the most extensive last-mile distribution network for wine and spirits in Sweden.

New warehouse establishment
A significant development in 2023 involved the establishment of a new 33,000 m² warehouse in Jordbro, Stockholm, through collaboration with Solera Sweden.
- 2022
Property transactions and headquarter development
In 2022, Skanlog sold their properties in Glostrup and Ishøj, concurrently acquiring land in Greve. The purpose of this strategic manoeuvre was to establish a large, modern headquarter housing administration facilities and a state-of-the-art warehouse.
- 2021
Warehouse expansion in Eskilstuna
2021 included the expansion of Skanlog's existing warehouse in Eskilstuna, Sweden, with the addition of a 9,500 m² storage extension, boosting the total capacity to 42,000 m².
- 2017
Acquisition and expansion in Taulov
In 2017, Skanlog expanded its business by acquiring ELP (Elbo Logistik Partner) in Taulov, thereby incorporating an additional 10,000 m² into its operations.
- 2016
Business commencement in Finland
Skanlog commenced operations in Finland in 2016 by taking over the logistics operations for Pernod Ricard, including the warehouse and associated personnel.
- 2015
Acquisition of Trebuchet
A significant milestone in 2015 involved Skanlog's acquisition of Trebuchet, a major Logistic Service Provider engaged in wine & spirits activities in Sweden and Norway.
- 2013
Expansion with Logistica A/S
In 2013, Skanlog acquired Logistica A/S, reinforcing its position as the largest independent service provider of home appliances in Scandinavia. This acquisition resulted in a substantial increase in storage capacity by 58,000 m².
- 2012
Expanding wine and spirits logistics into Sweden and Norway
Skanlog made history in 2012 by acquiring VSD Logistics from Altia Plc, becoming the first logistics service provider within wine and spirits across all Scandinavian countries.
- 2006
Last mile distribution within home appliances
In 2006, Skanlog secured its last mile distribution capabilities by acquiring 50% of the trucking company PP Jensen A/S. Simultaneously, the company expanded its warehouse capacity by an additional 12,000 m².
- 1999
Business commencement in Sweden
Skanlog initiated operations in Sweden in 1999. This expansion was a result of signing a new Nordic contract with Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte, leading to the establishment of a 32,000 m² facility in Eskilstuna, 100 km west of Stockholm.
- 1997
Entry into the Norwegian market
Skanlog ventured into the Norwegian market in 1997, establishing a presence in Mastermyr, Oslo, by taking over the existing logistic operations of Bosch Powertools.
- 1994
Establishment of Skanlog
Skanlog was founded in 1994 by Benny Winther and Erling Carlsen in Ballerup. The company took over the logistics of Bosch Powertools and undertook control of the Bosch warehouse, marking the inception of Skanlog’s successful journey.
