Frontend developer with strong skills in creating reusable solutions

In Group IT, we implement, support, and develop IT systems that optimize logistics solutions and enhance our and our customers’ digital strategies.
You’ll work with engaged colleagues across the Nordic countries, and the Philippines to deliver robust, structured solutions. Your role will be key in transforming our current frontend landscape into streamlined, maintainable codebases.
You will play a key role in shaping your work while being involved in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to implementation. This demands a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a comprehensive overview to ensure the successful execution of your assigned tasks.
One of the important aspects of the role, is to help architect and shape the technical structure of our frontend solutions, while at the same time being involved in the entire development process, from technical concept to implementation.
The role should help our team to ensure that coding standards and structures are followed, refined, and kept up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices, contributing to a consistent and high-quality development process within the team.
What will you do?
- Take technical ownership of the frontends
- Guide and mentor the team, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with local and global teams on development tasks.

Who are you?
- Experienced in building structured frontends with clean, maintainable code
- At least 5 years’ experience in professional developing SPA web applications.
- Skilled in Vue.js (or similar frameworks) with a passion for structure over specific frameworks
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable communicating with, and guiding remote teams
- (Bonus) Familiar with backend development using C#
- (Bonus) Familiar with mobile development using MAUI or Xamarin
- (Bonus) Experience with logistics concepts
