Winner of Vinmonopolet's Christmas evaluation!

Every year Vinmonopolet sends out a survey to all its stores around Norway, with questions about logistics and service in connection with Christmas.

Among other things, there are questions about:

• availability of goods
• lead time from order to delivery
• delivery precision
• product placement on pallet
• service setting when the stores contact our customer service team
