Skanlog has acquired all Hillebrand Gori's domestic warehousing and distribution operations in Sweden

Skanlog has entered into an agreement to acquire all of Hillebrand Gori's domestic warehousing and distribution operations for alcoholic beverages in Sweden, as well as Xsam, which conducts consolidated last-mile distribution of wine and spirits in Sweden. This acquisition is a strategic move for us and will bring significant benefits to our business.

The acquisition involves taking over Hillebrand Gori's warehouse and offices in Jordbro, Stockholm,
including Xsam. We will continue to provide high-quality service to our customers and suppliers, and all
affected employees will be offered employment with Skanlog.

Together, we will build upon the trust, expertise, and customer focus that both Skanlog and Hillebrand Gori
have maintained. Our commitment to delivering excellence remains unchanged, and we look forward to
setting new standards and creating even more value for our customers and the market.

For Skanlog, this acquisition is a key part of our ambition to strengthen our position as the market-leading
full-service provider in logistics services for alcoholic beverages in Sweden. Overall, with this acquisition, we
will quadruple our customer base, adding approximately 70 new customers, and increase our Swedish
revenue by approximately 150%. We will work even harder to offer both new and existing customers the
best service on the market.

Hillebrand Gori, as part of the DHL Group, will continue its operations in Sweden, focusing on international
import and export for the wine and spirits segment, which is the company's core competence. International
customers will not be affected by the acquisition and will continue to receive this service from Hillebrand
Gori.

We have planned for the transition to take effect on November 1, 2023. During the transition period, both
Hillebrand Gori and Skanlog will work together to ensure a smooth transition and provide all relevant
parties with further information on additional initiatives.
